The rate is extended for a stay in a Deluxe double room, except at the Villa Gallici where a Superior double room will be allocated.

Supplements
- Deluxe room upgrade at Villa Gallici: + € 90 per night
- Suite upgrade: + € 100 per night in each property, except Villa Gallici:
+ € 190 per night.
- Extra night supplement: rate upon request.

Children
- Child under 3: baby cot free of charge in a Superior or Deluxe room.
- Child from 3 to 12 sharing with parents will be allocated in a Suite: Suite upgrade rate applies, extra bed free of charge. Breakfast: € 15.
- Child over 12 sharing with parents will be allocated in a Suite:
Suite upgrade rate applies plus extra bed € 50 per night. Breakfast € 28.

Terms and restrictions
- Reservations are subject to availability in each hotel
- The tour requires a minimum of 3 hotels
- A minimum of 5 nights is required
- The nights are not necessarily consecutive but to be spent within 2 weeks
- Available for individual requests: max 2 rooms per party
Seasonality
The tour of France is not available at Christmas time and during the month of January, most of the properties being closed and during the month of July at Villa Gallici. Please note that Château de Codignat and Château de Mirambeau are closed during winter time: from the beginning of November to end of March.

Payment
A credit card will be requested as a guarantee upon confirmation.
Payment will be done in each property upon check-out.


Cancellation policy
- 13 to 8 days before arrival: 2 nights will be charged
- 7 days before arrival: entire stay will be charged
